need advice

I am picking up my first chickens tomorrow and need to know if I have to add anything to their food/water to prevent worms and or mites, etc.....Thanks

I wouldn't add anything until you see a problem. Some people use a vitamin suppliment in the birds water (Aviacharge is the name, I think) but I don't know how early they start.

Heres some advice: you might want to put something more specific in the title so ppl who know alot about the subject know what its about and answer. And you don't need to give them anything unless they have mites or worms, so observe closely. My friend gave me some birds with worms (he didn't know) so I had to go to the store and buy some wormer. Luckily he killed the mites they had.
