Need emergency help

Halo everyone, i need help ... please help me... my duck is very sick .. she was fine in morning, but when i see her in noon ... i find her like this... she cant pick her feathers and neck and head... she is not even eating anything ...just drinking water and too much water ... her eyes are half closed ... in my area i dont have any vet ... please everyone help me ... i m in great need of you guys help .. she cant even walk .. and she is breathing with little open mouth ..

Does she appear to be wobbly
Or exhausted?
Look at her eyes are they clear?
When my birds wont eat i give them scrambled eggs and
Cereal in water that way they drink the cereal without having to chew it because its softened
Ducks also like dipping they're food in water

Is she quaking or tweeting?
I'd separate her for a minute or maybe bring a friend with her
Try to be calm and check on her
Trying to keep her relaxed should help her

Yes she seems wobbly ... cant walk normal.. her wings are down... i checked her eyes are clean .. i put her with others but one of them is disturbing her .. she is not quacking or tweetinh at all.. i tried give her chicken breast ...but she is not eating ..

Something white came out of her poop area.. and she is doing this green poop ... idk what to do... i m too much worried .. she is fine in morning.. idk why and what happened to her ...
