Need HELP finding out what's wrong with my chick!!

Hi everyone! I need help.

The past few days, when I have cleaned out the coop... I have noticed a clear, stringy (almost dischargy looking) substance near the poop.

My chickens also have nasty bums (is this normal for everyone? Yuck.)

AND, I just watched my Aims shoot poo out her bum (diarrhea style). She is the same chick who sleeps in the area that I have found the clear substance.

Is this a coincidence? Or is something going on?

Sorry this post is disgusting! Any answers will help! Also, solutions would be great.
