The first one is a palomino, he can not be a perlino, perlino's have pink skin and blue/green eyes.

The second one is a dun tobiano, he does not appear to have a cream gene, what color are their parents?

Well, i have no idea about the parents. We got them from a woman who took them from the kill pen at the auction 6 yrs ago & i havent been able to get in touch with her to have her send me their papers.
