Need help please with which thermometer to use

I have the one that came with the incubator and a digital one in my incubator. I am on day 4 problem is the one that came with the incubator is 3 degrees higher than the digital temp. which one should I go by? I hope I haven't ruined my eggs.

I second this question...... I also have two thermomitors. One digital with the humidity as well and then the normal one that came with my incubator. Only as my normal one reads 99.5-100 the digital one reads 104-106?????
