Need help with my roosters broken leg

Hi everyone, recently my rooster broke his leg and I been trying to help it heal over the past few days. Today I noticed that he doesn’t want to walk anymore and just wants to lay down. I saw that the foot of his leg looked like it might have been infected with something and I need help on what to do. Here are so picture of his foot.

Welcome to BYC.You could try splinting his lower leg loosly with padding, a finger splint or popsicle stick and tape or vet wrap. Walgreens and WalMart sell these bendable splints:

Make sure it doesn’t get too tight to cut off circulation. I would separate him in a pen or dog crate with food and water. A chicken sling might help get him up, if he will tolerate it and will help him to get food and water. He can be out of it for periods and to sleep.
