this is a video of her this morning, the wings aren't always like it, she sometimes has them tucked under. Should I dress them or still keep an eye on them?

I'd still just keep an eye on them for now then if they are sometimes in the right position. There is plenty of time to fix them later if they do indeed start to turn out.

Love your little ones, btw. Super cute! I think Runners are really weird and creepy the way they walk upright, but yours are pretty adorable right now. ^-^
