Could you fashion some additional shade for the birds? Stretch fabric or a tarp? Mud puddles are good in the heat as they expel heat through their feet. Additional water containers are always helpful especially if kept under shade.

Thanks for all the advice guys. She is doing much better now. I am sure it was heat stress as it has cooled off a bit and she improved. We did give her electrolytes and she was drinking lots. Her crop was full yesterday evening when they went to sleep and empty this morning. And her behaviour looks like normal.
