I moved. So my girls are temporarily sleeping in my garage. I need to herd them into the electric

fence which is about 10 to 15 feet away. On the side of the garage I have posts so I need something to wrap around the posts to keep them from veering off the path. Any ideas appreciated?

I've found that having a roll of plastic garden fencing comes in handy. It's light, can be cut with your utility scissors, can be secured with zip ties, etc. I use it to block off some sections if needed. It's definitely not predator secure, but chickens see it as a barrier.
Thanks, I didn't even think of that, my brain is mush from moving! :D

It's a thought. Others may have a better idea. Once I'm done with my "barrier" I roll up the fence and save it for later use, whether for chickens, the garden or whatever.
I picked up the garden fence and it is called Poultry fencing now...I guess they figured out we use that stuff alot. It is perfect for what I needed. I can just open the gate and shoo them toward the garage door... :celebrate
