Need some help….. Lots of Snot, Losing 2 week olds.

Let me state that I've done meats for 5 years without an issue. Now it appears that I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm losing about 4 per day and started with a 100. They started passing away at 2 weeks. Some are very weak. I picked one up today and the SNOT just ran right out of his beak. They were on straw, now on shavings. Ive tried, ACV and some save a chick- but nothing is really helping.
