new baby chicks hatched by mother in the hen house

Provide chick starter feed and clean water they can't drown in close by. If mama's nest is a little high, make sure babies don't accidently get separated from her (they could chill and die if they cannot hop up and she doesn't come down.) If there are other chickens around and she's low in the pecking order, maybe try to supervise a little to ensure she and the babies are not bullied.

The less space you are working with, the higher your chances of a bully catching your little fluffs. I would probably separate into a look but no touch setup if I was concerned mama and chicks couldn't run away from a bully easily.
