Am I being paranoid or is Bluebell a roo?

This is my serama pair the roo I picked up yesterday at swap

Not sure if this helps on sexing but I think I was told 14 or 16 weeks old I bought 2 close in age

It look like a girl to me....no long pointed feathers in the tail and no pointed saddle feathers. All feathers look rounded on the ends which is a characteristic of a hen. Plus the comb is not bright red, yet is it? It looks dull in the pic.
