New born chick doing this to the neck!

the incubator was shut off for one day and there was no rotation of eggs also, this is what is happening to the chick born.... what can i do now?

It's wryneck. Get some vitamin B compounds and mix it into the waterer. If it's a nutritional issue, that will help. If it's genetics, it won't and you'll have to cull

oh my goodness!! what in your experience does this feel? genetic or nutritional?
