new chick can't open eyes

We had some chicks hatch this afternoon. One of them has just not acted right since it hatched. It didn't get up and run around like the others did, just sorta flopped and then rested then flopped a little more. We've been watching it all afternoon, and it hasn't opened it's eyes at all. What can we do for it?

2 of the 3 chicks that hatched last weekend did the same thing. I left them alone and by Monday they were holding up their head and started to walk.. I even thought they were having trouble opening their eyes so thinking they were stuck I took a clean soft washcloth and wet it with warm water (just make it damp) I wiped their eyes.

Mostly though just leave it in the incubator and it will be okay
