New chicken owner

Beautiful hens!

They look like adults to me, probably they aren't laying because of the stress. Give them some time and they should start up soon. Some fake eggs in the nest boxes should help encourage it.

So do you mean when we move our chicks from the brooder to their coop we should block off the nesting boxes until they are old enough to lay and just have the perches available inside the coop?
