! I'm so glad you've joined us here! There's so many great breeds of chickens out there, but Buff Orpingtons are my favorite! 
They are friendly and curious and enjoy being handled. Ours are completely trustworthy and would never attack anyone. One of them was shown at the fair this year and was great! Despite all the fingers poking in her cage at fair, she did not peck anyone as far as I know.
