New chicks showing heavy lethargy. Concerning?

So I have 4 new babies I got from a neighbor. They had been doing just fine for a good few days (as I am no stranger to raising babies. This would be my 4th time having chicks/ducklings) however today I noticed one of them is in the corner near the open window puffed up with her beak tucked in sleeping standing up. I don’t know if this is something I should be concerned about since Everytime I try to research what could be causing it the only thing that comes up is cocci. I’ve been changing their water once a day but I don’t know if mabey with was too little. I want to save them asap. They have been getting normal chick starter and I have been putting probiotic and electrolyte powder into their water. I do not know how old they are unfortunately. My neighbor found them under his house randomly and brought them to me. I will include pictures and videos in a few minutes.

I am trying to order some but the soonest it will get here would be in three days.

And there any feed stores around? Or maybe a neighbor has some you can use until yours arrives? They really need it asap by the looks of them.

You might also ask on Facebook in a group for chickens or livestock if someone has some you can use.
