Wife started doing chicken calculus, picked up some lavender Orpingtons, chocolate orpingtons, black australorps, Americana’s and silver laced wyandottes this week. Adding these 19 chicks to my year old Bielefelders (group of 5). We have plenty of acreage.

Old coop is something I put together from an Amazon order.
Going bigger and better. Thinking of going with a 12 v 12 design, while also adding a storage area, then a large run for days they are not getting out to roam.

Just an idea but what I did with expansion was a new build with old coop inside new coop so that it acts as a brooder, grow out room. It really helps with integration. 12.12 is enough square footage for 24 so that's a check. Have you studied the Coops section? If you look through Large coops you'll get some great ideas. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/categories/large-coops.20/
