I'd say 18-20 months

I was told about 8 months but she seemed older to me so i figured id ask. I got her saturday and she jumped right in as top hen and us doing great roosting with everyone else and playing nice but i havent seen any eggs so im guessing she is still settling in

It looks like she's lost her comb tips to frostbite. So she's likely been through one winter. And just by her overall appearance i.e. thickness of her legs, heavy build, rough feathers from a recent molt and the look of her face strike me as an older hen. Nowhere near spent yet however. Judging from pictures is much different than actually being able to look a bird over by hand and eye.
