New isa brown

hi i just got 3 new isa browns and put them in a pen with 7 other chickens they are not getting on very well what should i do?

These are all hens?

When new chickens are introduced to a flock the pecking order must be worked out. This usually involves a little bit of fighting among the chickens.

The chickens will usually work out the pecking order within a couple of days.

yep i put 3 hen isa browns in the pen
