Do I dig it out or continue on with my meatloaf?

If there is no bad odor, it's okay to use it in the meat loaf, but be sure to cook the meat thoroughly so none remains raw.

Sometimes an egg can have a watery white if it isn't picked out of the nest right away or it has sat on the counter for an extended period of time. It's still good, but the white will be altered.
