New to BYC

Hello, my name is Jon. I'm from upstate NY, living in an earthship house that my fiancé's uncle built. So we live completely off the grid.

My mom had A Lot of chickens and hatched some eggs for me. My chickens were actually born on my birthday haha but they all have an Americana dad. I have 3 hens and a rooster. By the way they look, and I could be totally wrong, one hen is red/Americana one is full americana and the other I think is half leghorn. My roo is half red.

My mom also hatched us 3 guinea hens, and I'm pretty sure I have 2 girls and a boy but I know little about them. I have found most of my questions answered on this site and decided to join. I hope I can give as good advice as I've found already!
