Hi, I am new to quail and and two female bobs. They were not laying (a pair in a separate location have now 12 eggs) so I added a male in late April. Now one female attacks the other. Is this normal? Did I add the male too late as a friend who has two females to one male foes not have this problem. I separated the ousted female but is there anything else to do? I consider just moving the male around as the female was the only aggressor that I saw. I want just eggs. The bobs seem to need a male to lay.... Lots of questions I know but Thoughts?
