Newbie here and to chickens

I got my first 7 month old pullets 6 weeks ago. They are from TSC and 99% white with a few black spots. No clue what breed they are. I am a dog professional, gundog trainer, obedience trainer, breeder of quality Labradors and English Setters. No husband, no kids... it's all on me, 62 years old
