Hi my name is Kimberly. I am new to BYC, but have lurked for awhile!
1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? Right now I have 6, but we are getting another 20 in a few weeks.
(3) What breeds do you have? mixed. 2 bantams, 2 barred rocks, 1 RIR, 1 black star. These chickens are actually victims of the economy. My neighbor's had to forclose on their house, and they knew that we wanted to get some chickens so they gave them to us.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? Search on chickens at yahoo
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I like to garden.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I am a stay at home Mom. I have 5 kids, 1 DH, 2 black labs, and 6 chickens. Needless to say, I am very busy!
