I guess you can say I'm newish to chickens. Sooo as advised I'm going to post my itty bitty info sheet. I like this site as it helps many of us with questions of concerns with our flock. I have noticed that this is a nice community and not too many trolls picking apart every little of advice that is given.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
* Newish - Got our first Chickens Feb 2017
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
* 8
(3) What breeds do you have?
* 4 - Barred Rock and 4 - RIR
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
* Internet search
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
*Gardening, hiking, fishing, crochet.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
* We live in a suburban town that used to be more country on the outskirts of Pittsburgh PA. I live with my boyfriend of many years, 2 cats (Winnie and Willow), and one crazy Labrador (Luna).
