Newly hatched call duckling flips over

This duckling struggled to hatch and has been unable to walk since hatching. It flips on its back regularly and its foot is curled. I gave it some nutri drench but idk what to do, should I treat it like spraddle leg and create some sort of tape cast for the foot?

Currently restraining it from moving, at least it can rest right side up
