No Energy... Help

I have a 4 month old Polish hen She's been eating and drinking just fine until today, now she seems like she doesnt have any energy I have not seen her drink but have seen her pick at her feed, she has been eating Dumour 24% starter food. I gave her some nutri-drench and a dose of Doxy-tylan tab she was recently treated with Corrid for 5 days.

Why the meds? Do you actually have a diagnosis, or just adding drugs because they are there? Sorry, but this doesn't make sense without more information.
How about mites or lice? Pale comb, anemia? Other sick birds?
