No poo

One of the girls does not appear to have had a poo for a few days. Usually I clean under where they roost every morning and where she stands there is nothing there. Is this a problem?
It could be....only way to know for sure is to isolate her for 24 hours and monitor her intake and output.
Not sure I'd bother if she not acting ill in other ways....
.....lethargy, self isolation, not eating or active like the rest of the flock.
