not getting any eggs

I have 12 hens and I am getting only 2-3 eggs per week! All are about 1 year old. any clues? They are being fed a special layer mash from the local coop.

ok sorry for the sketchy post I made to open this thread, I had my 4 month old granddaughter screaming in my lap as I tried to post.

Here is a beter description. I have 12 hens, I was get 1 or 2 eggs a day then all of a sudden now I get none for the last 2 weeks. Not sure if it is the winter cold, it was bitter cold here for about two weeks now in upper 20's. I did add a heater to the coop and also a light on a timer that comes on about 4pm and goes off at 11pm. That should put them back closer to 18 hours of light each day. Thinking that may kick the girls back into production. I am missing my fresh egg breakfasts on Saturday on Sunday!
