Not Sure What To Do

Ok I am hoping someone can help me out. One of my Hens was doing fine one day and the next day she wasn't able to walk. So I am feeding her and giving her water from a suringe. She went from not being able to hold her head up to being able holding it up. She trys to get up but came not. How long should I allow this to go on? What should I do? I am confused on what is going on with my hen. Please help me!

Can you post some photos?
How old is she?
When was the last time she laid an egg?
How does her abdomen feel - any swelling, bloat?
How long have you had her?
What does her poop look like?
Was she vaccinated for Marek's?
Did she get into or have access to anything moldy/rotten or something toxic (weed killer/rat poison, etc.)?
How long has she been like this?
Any other symptoms you can think of?

There are so many things that can go wrong, it's really hard to tell.

Keep her hydrated (most important), if you have some poultry vitamins add those to her water. Offer wet feed and some extra protein like egg, mackerel or meat.

We have 2.06 Acres and they have free run for the day then get put up at night. No mold or poison or toxic chemicals. They have never seen a vet or had shots. It been a while since she laid an egg. I have been hand feeding and watering her for a little over a week now. I will also send a picture of coop she stays in.
