I just bought this incubator on Sunday, it was running cool (@98) based on 4 different thermometers (all within 1 degree of each other.)
So I upped the thermostat to 101 and it’s maintaining at 99.5. I have eggs due to be here in a couple days. Is this a normal thing? Should I take it back and exchange it? I tried to find a phone number for their customer service but I can’t find one.
in the past I’ve only used homemade incubators and so I am used to tinkering with thermostats, but since this is supposed to be plug and play...
