We do as we call it our world famous pizza chicken, bacon with ranch dressing ..

Okay so here what is in our pizza
Toppings may differ base may this was bacon, chicken so
ranch dressing is the base. Some are pesto or tomato.
the dough is
2 tbsp yeast
1tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 c hot water
3 tbsp oil
1 to 3 c flour

Add flour to a sticky consistency pour to a flour surface
knead then cover let rest up to half and hour..
This will make a 16 inch pan as shown .. You can add or subtract items as preferred..
Bake 425 about 12 minutes in a convection oven
