Entry 2 Churros
I didn’t have the water or oil in the photo of the ingredients. The flour and sugar are in the metal canisters.

The ingredients are flour, water, butter, an egg, sugar, and cinnamon sugar.

My entry:

Deluxe Tacos with Homemade Corn Tortillas:

Ingredients:
- Corn Masa
- 1/2 Head of Fresh Lettuce
- 3 Fresh Serrano Chili Peppers*
- 4 Fresh (medium) Tomatoes*
- Colby Jack Cheese (optional)
- Margarine
- 1 Bell Pepper*
- 3 1/2 small onions* (or 1 medium)

*Home grown!

Using a tortilla press, press down corn masa mixture (1 1/2 cup masa 1 1/4 cups water) into a flat tortilla.

Place tortilla on a hot skillet (greased with margarine).

Cook until golden brown, about a minute per side.

Continue making tortillas until corn masa mixture is used up (makes 8 corn tortillas).

Start cooking ground beef in a large skillet.

Chop up the bell pepper, onions, and serrano chili peppers.

Add the chopped veggies to the ground beef and cook until well done.
