I do love them, and since I wrote the original story, leaving the Mafia in charge of my flock things have changed somewhat. They are now putting themselves to bed again each night and are behaving quite well. They have always run to me as a group whenever I leave the house - of course, it's not love of me personally but the treats I might be bringing them! I hope that I have posted my story correctly. I don't have a link like others have. This is the first time I have posted anything in the article writing contest - just a newbie.

That's good that their behaving themselves. Took me a little bit to figure out how to post too.
