OK, Suspected Cocci! Hoping this may cure it if they have it.

I have MANY chickens, All in separate pens. I put my splash maran who just started laying in with my 2 two year old BCMs stall. I noticed poop that was red orange tint to it and looks like Cocci to me. I called my vet who does goats, horses and cows. They told me they dont do chickens or test there fecal so im on my own pretty much, again. Thank god for BYC tho.

I am starting every single one of my birds on Corid tm in there drinking water to make sure. Then i am cleaning all the coops. What do i clean them with? And there outside pens atm are sand with no cover :( I know that can be a breeding ground for Cocci, Been wet and rainy then hot here in upstate Ny. Im in the process of building new coops with covered pens.

Any more suggestions? I know alot of people have had to go though Cocci with there chickens, i never have before so im kind of freaking out a little bit. Quit a bit actually..
