Old Drake Losing Feathers

I've somehow missed this (though I know he's been looking better more recently than not), but my oldest drake (he's 9) is looking rough, losing feathers, don't seem to be more coming in, somewhat flaky skin, maybe itchy?, and he's lost weight. The loss is across his back, under wings, some on his face. I don't know how I didn't notice, and I've never had a duck with a skin issue like this before, but not sure what to do? I'm afraid I don't know how to help with this. Perhaps @Miss Lydia might have some advice...

@Kangasox what all have you been doing? did you try adding some extra protein? did you use some Ivermectin Pour on in case of mites? does he get into the pool and wash? No other drakes bothering him? No stress that you know of. When did he have his big molt last?
