I think its a pullet, i would expect much larger comb and wattles at 8 weeks.
this is because it has a pea comb and beard. Pea combs are naturally much smaller than single combs and the beard hides the wattles.

I was thinking pullet too in the first photo but I can see the pullet next to it, which makes me think this is a boy. Other signs are the curled tip to the tail feathers and dark patches on the shoulder.

I was trying to take a photo of him and the other two for reference but they kept zoomies in other directions lol and yeah, I was curious on his tail feathers too. Already curving

Eta I'll try to get more photos tonight as they are resting on roosts easier to capture lol

THis one is tricky... I would give it sometime to see if hackle feathers start coming in
Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time. Trying to re-home roosters or even process one or two is difficult where I am. The one 20week old extra roo(mis counted haha) my dad was supposed to take a process with my cousin to show her how to do it but they never did, so yeah. And we don't have the necessary supplies to process.even though my son and I read the book in how to. I can butcher it no problem, I grew up on a farm where we butchered our own meat- beef and hog, but I can't do the death part. That's just not me.

Here soon I'll get more photos of him and the others. This morning he was chasing the chipmunk/easter egger around on camera.
