So out of curiosity, once a rooster has figured out it's full-throttle adult crow, can you count on it to crow daily? The reason I ask is that I have a bird that seems to crow only once a week--maybe twice? But it goes DAYS and DAYS without crowing. We are questioning whether it is a girl or boy still (it has hen feathers, but a pretty roo sounding crow) and is at 5 months old now. When it does "crow" it sounds like a fully grown male. But it only does it once a week or so, whereas, the little baby roos of two months crow all day long. Just curious what your experience was... Thanks!
