One of my Easter Eggers needs HELP

Ok guys I noticed yesterday that one of my hens "song" had changed and sounded more like a bark. Today I noticed she was not coming to get any of the treats...as she is one of my skittish ones I had to catch her to look her over...No pox...No eye or beak discharges...Pitiful thin....Croop was empty (late in day should have been full)....vent was dry and pale and some feathers around her vent were dirtied.....I gave her a good warn soak and wash and checked her for being egg bound (she wasnt) applied some Prep H and isolated her in a dog kennel with some moistened mash and water....the rest of the flock are fine eating fine drinking no signs of problems....What else should I look for or do ?

When was the last time she was wormed?

they were all wormed about a month ago before we flooded

Have you added any new birds? Could it be coccidia?

no new birds and poop is nornal...also checked the eggs and she did lay today

No idea what it could be then. I hope she pulls through.
