one of my girls decided to stay in her nesting box.

So I hatched some memorial day birds, and a week later I bought some more that were 6 weeks. Now that only puts her around 15 weeks. Tonight she is in the nesting box. Either the rooster moved the BR up a notch or she getting ready. What do u think?

Could be she's practicing. Sometimes they do that a few weeks before starting to lay.

Ya, she went back to her normal spot later. They usually hang out there a little while during the day. I wasnt expecting at such a young age.
