Oops

I did, actually! Except for the explanation of not letting eggs come to room temperature for more than 2 hours after being refrigerated. Thank you for this! I believe in at least one U.S. state (West Virginia?) that it's *illegal* to sell farm eggs that have been washed.
 
Some of that is a bit misleading.
Timing for storages is off IMO.
Condensation on egg shell is not likely to cause bacteria to grow inside the egg...
....and that 2 hour window is <shrugs>
