Over 18 Days Hatching Quail Eggs?

Hi guys,
I have hatching Pharaoh Jumbo Coturnix eggs that have been in the incubator since May 3rd.I have candled them and most have developed and there is movement in a few that I took the time to watch. Can the water test be done to see if all of the ones that have developed are going to hatch or let it be?

Check your temp/humidity, you got a few more days according to this chart. Even then I'd give them a few more days. Have you candled?

You set then May 3?
They'd be only on day 14 then and so you have 4 more days until they start hatching.
