Packing Chicken meat

I like to vacuum seal then freeze. My mother-in-law cans chickens and it is delicious.

I store it a few different ways... Depends on how you want to eat it...

I boil some down to make broth... I then shread the meat off of those and can it in jars... This way anytime I want a quick meal I have precooked chicken ready to go... can make quick wraps, salads, and sandwiches this way... plus you get the added bonus of the broth for soups and such...

I will also freeze some whole for roasting... then I cut up some and vacuum pack them for grilling and such...
