panting 4 day old chick

I have a 4 day old chick that has started panting, chirpping & can't seem to stand up anymore. It also looks like a clear w/ white poo came out. HELP pls. I feel so bad for it.

I wonder if it has worms? Sometimes panting can come from having worms. If you got it from feed store then it was probably already treated for that, but I'm not sure. I hope she is ok!!

Is it too hot in the brooder, can it get to a cooler spot?

No, I ordered hatching eggs from a hatchery online and they hatched last Sunday. After about 3 days I noticed it was panting, eyes closed, and couldn't even stand ups o I removed it from the others and have noticed this AM that it is able to stand up so far. Going to TS to see if there isn't something I can give to help it out. Poor thing......
