Panting hen?

I have a hen who has been panting for a couple days. It's about 80 degrees outside but they have clean water. She is eating and drinking but it worries me because she isn't staying in the group when they are out like she usually does.

My hens are all panting like crazy! It probably isn't anything to worry about, especially if she has a smaller comb or fluffier feathers then the the others.

I just found an egg that wasn't there 15 min ago, could she have been acting weird because she was going to lay an egg?

Its possible. Hens do act differently right before they lay.

She's pretty much back to normal now, I think it was the egg, I was just worried because I read a bunch of stories of hens that were panting and died soon after
