Parasites or just first feathers coming in?

I have some 4 week old Queen Silvia chicks. They are just starting to feather as bad I know this is an awkward time for chicks. These are looking extra scraggly to me for some reason. I looked over them thoroughly. No visible mites or lice. They eat medicated chick starter. I added Nutri drench to their water when I noticed the scraggly feathers.

Is this a parasite or vitamin deficiency, or just awkward chick feathering?

Looks pretty normal to me. I don't see anything obvious in the pictures. Some breeds, and some individuals can look scragglier than others, until they are completely feathered out.

That is normal. There is one here going on 8 weeks that is still scraggly feathered. Some just take longer to resemble a proper chicken.
