Partridge silkie - boy or girl? How do you tell?

Someone mentioned on an earlier thread that you can tell male or female by the coloring on a partridge silkie. I have one that is 15 weeks old now and if it is a roo, he hasn't started crowing yet. I have a white d'uccle roo at the same age who has been crowing for a couple of weeks now. I am really hoping this one is a pullet . . .

This is what Sonoran Silkies posted in April re determining the color of a Partride Silkie by looking at the wings: "If penciled throught, pullet. If penciled only on primaries and possibly secondaries, cockerel." Hope that helps everyone.
