I have a 7 month old hen who suffered a severe pecking Injury (the entire top of her head/almost to the bone) over the Memorial Day Weekend. On May 29, when we discovered the injury, she was isolated and removed from the flock. We administered Vetericyn Plus immediately that day. For the following 4 days, we cleaned the wound and administered Blue Kote and Neosporin. Since then it appears everything is sealed off and there are no raw/irritated areas. Yesterday, she decided to have a dust bath and now her whole head is covered in dirt. She seems happy, but should I wash her head again and retreat with medication or no at this point? Your input is appreciated.

If it was all scabbed over, then it should be fine. The scab will slowly flake off on it's own leaving new skin. I would just make sure that it doesn't attract pecking by the others that could open it back up.
