Pen-G/Batril amount to inject?

I have a rooster with bumble foot.

I need to get the plug out and plan to do that tonight. I'd also feel better starting a round of antibiotics. I've been reading and reading on the subject and it seems Pen-G and Batril are the recommended antibiotics.

Can anyone tell me how many CCs I need to inject of Pen-G and Batril? My rooster is about 9 pounds.
